Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public fosters a wider global exchange of knowledge. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. The journal does not charge any article processing or submission fees (APCs), supporting equitable knowledge dissemination.
