Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada UPT. SPF SMP Negeri 20 Makassar. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 responden, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
