PENGARUH MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN SMAN 1 SOROMANDI

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kulitatif dengan menggunakan tiga cara teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan murid di SMA Negeri 1 Soromandi.
Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh manajerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Soromandi dapat dilihat pada tiga faktor yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Soromandi yaitu planning, acting, dan evalusi.
