Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Public Service Innovation Through Information Systems and Licensing Applications Based on Online Single Submission (SIAP BOSS) in DPMPTSP Pinrang Regency. This research used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type of research. The data sources in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation studies with the number of informants as many as 5 people. The results showed that the SIAP BOSS Application Innovation based on Stephen Robbins' Innovation Theory had fulfilled the aspects of Innovation (1) The SIAP BOSS application has its characteristics based on Ideas, Programs, Systems and Possible results to be achieved in the Application; 2) Having the characteristics or elements of novelty, the SIAP BOSS Application Innovation has the Characteristics and Elements of Novelty in its Application (3) Through a planned program, the SIAP BOSS Application Innovation has gone through a planned program with three stages, namely Planning, Implementation and Evaluation; (4) Have a purpose. The SIAP BOSS Application Innovation has a goal in making it in service to the community.
