MANAJEMEN PEMBANGUNAN DI DESA PAKKASALO KECAMATAN DUA BOCCOE KABUPATEN BONE

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of planning, implementation, and supervision in village development in Pakkasalo Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. This study used qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation studies. Research informants amounted to 8 people. The results showed that the Takkasalo village government had implemented the planning process in the context of village development management through the musrembang. Implementation was carried out in the development process by involving community workers in general without paying attention to the expertise possessed by each development implementing worker in Pakkasalo Village. The process of supervising the development had been going quite well, although there were still uncompleted in the process. The development that had been carried out by the government, it had provided changes for the better and the community participates from planning, implementation to supervision of village development.
