PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN PROBLEM SOLVING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA SISWA KELAS X2 SMA NEGERI PARANGLOE

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimen dengan desainOne-Group Pretest Posttest Design.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar fisika siswa yang diajar dengan Penerapan Pendekatan Problem Solving untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa Kelas X2 SMANegeri 1Parangloe.Penelitian ini melibatkan dua variabel, yakni variabel bebas berupa pengajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan problem solving sedangkan variabel terikat berupa hasil belajar fisika siswa.Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 224 siswa.Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random/acak kelas kemudian dari hasil acak tersebut diperoleh 1 kelas sebagai sampel yakni kelas X2 sebanyak 45 responden sebagai sampel target.Dikarenakan ada 6 responden yang tidak pernah hadir, maka terdapat 39 responden sebagai sampel survey yang dijadikan sampel penelitian.Istrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar fisika sebanyak 23 item tes. Hasil analisis deskriptif mengungkapkan bahwa hasil pretest skor rata-rata hasil belajar fisika siswa adalah 6,22 dan hasil postest skor rata-rata hasil bekajar fisika siswa adalah 14,63 dari 23 skor maksimum dan 0 skor minimum yang bisa dicapai. Dan pada uji gain, peningkatan skor hasil belajar berada pada kategori “sedang” dengan skor gain 0,5. Dengan demikian, terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan setelah diajar dengan menerapkan pendekatan problem solving. Maka disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan problem soving memberikanhasil yang lebih baik dimana siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran karena secara langsung dilibatkan selama proses pembelajaran serta lebih termotivasi mempelajari pelajaran fisika.

This research is pre experiment with desainOne-group pretest posttest Design.Penelitian aims to find out the results of studying physics students who are taught by Application Problem Solving Approach to Improve Learning Outcomes Physics Student Class X2 1Parangloe.Penelitian SMANegeri involves two variables, namely the independent variable in the form of lectures with problem solving approach while the dependent variable in the form of learning outcomes in the study of physics siswa.Populasi 224 randomized sample siswa.Pengambilan / random class later than random results were obtained first class as the class X2 samples were 45 respondents in the sample target.Dikarenakan No 6 respondents who never attend, then there were 39 respondents in the sample survey sampled penelitian.Istrumen used is a physics achievement test by 23 test items. Descriptive analysis revealed that the results of the average pretest score physics student learning outcomes are the result of post-test scores of 6.22 and an average result bekajar physics students is the maximum score of 14.63 out of 23 and 0 the minimum score that can be achieved. And the test gain, increased scores of learning outcomes that are in the category of "medium" with a score gain of 0.5. Thus, there is a significant improvement after being taught by applying problem solving approach. It was concluded that the approach to the problem of soving memberikanhasil better where students become more active in the learning process because it is directly involved during the learning process and are more motivated to learn physics.
