Metode Demonstrasi pada Pembelajaran Fisika Materi Elastisitas Kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan keterampilan peserta didik kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar sebelum dan setelah diterapkan metode demonstari dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk kategori jenis penelitian tindakan pra-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah One-Group Pre Test-Post Test Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPA4 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar yang terdiri dari tujuh kelas. Berdasarkan pengacakan maka terpilihlah kelas XI IPA4 SMA Negeri 9Makassar sebanyak 31 orang yang terdiri dari 13 peserta didik laki-laki dan 18 Peserta didik perempuan dengan asumsi seluruh kelas adalah homogen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah tes kemampuan keterampilan yang terdiri dari 10 item dalam bentuk soal essay yang terlebih dahulu telah di validasi oleh dua orang validator. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dari tes kemampuan keterampilan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif kemampuan keterampilan peserta didik sebelum diterapkan metode demonstrasi siswa berada pada kategori tinggi namun tidak ada pada ketegori sangat tinggi, tetapi setelah diterapkan metode demonstrasi siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan keterampilan peserta didik setelah diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik inferensial diperoleh bahwa, anilai pre-test tidak sama dengan nilai post-test. Secara lengkap, kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa metode Demonstrasi secara nyata dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Keterampilan peserta didik terhadap materi elastisitas yang diberikan. Selanjutnya pada hasil analisis uji N-Gain di peroleh menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan keterampilan peserta didik Kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 telah mengalami peningkatan yang berada pada kategori sedang.

This study aims to analyze the skills skills of students class XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar before and after applied methods of demonstari in learning. This type of research includes the type of pre-experimental action research with the research design used is One-Group Pre-Test-Post Test Design. The population in this study is all students of class XI IPA4 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar consisting of seven classes. Based on the randomization, the class XI IPA4 SMA Negeri 9Makassar was chosen as 31 people consisting of 13 male students and 18 female students with the assumption that the whole class is homogeneous. Data collection techniques used are skills skill test consisting of 10 items in the form of essay questions that have been validated by two validators. Furthermore, the data obtained from skills skill test is analyzed by using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. From the result of descriptive analysis of the skill ability of the students before applied the student demonstration method is in high category but not in very high category, but after applied the student demonstration method is in high and very high category. This indicates that there is an improvement in the skills of learners after being taught using demonstration methods. Based on the results of data analysis using inferential statistics it is found that, the pre-test value is not equal to the post-test value. In full, we can conclude that the Demonstration method can significantly improve the Skill of the learner toward the elasticity material given. Furthermore on the results of N-Gain test analysis obtained shows that the skills skills of students Class XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 9 Makassar Lesson 2017
