Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of tourist attractions in the Village of Lake Mawang Romang Lompoa Bontomarannu District of Gowa Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Analysis of the data used is the reduction of the data obtained from field observations and from informants. Data were collected by using techniques such as observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the management of the lake Mawang is revamping the physical there are some plans that have been made, improving performance, providing, and developing the means and building infrascuture in dining area, a children's entertainment or garden that process is still in the implementation phase and some are already resolved so that the evaluation had been seen. Development of marketing and promotion with the brochures, internet access, banners and direct communication.

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan obyek wisata Danau Mawang di Kelurahan Romang Lompoa Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus yaitu untuk memperoleh data yang lebih akurat sesuai permasalahan dalam penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data yang diperoleh dari observasi lapangan dan dari para informan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik berupa observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan danau mawang yaitu pembenahan fisik ada beberapa perencanaan yang telah di buat, eningkatan kinerja menyediakan dan mengembangkan sarana dan prasaraan seperti membangun tempat makan, tempat hiburan anak-anak atau taman yang prosesnya masih dalam tahap pelaksanaan dan ada pula yang telah terselesaikan sehingga evaluasinya telah terlihat. Pengembangan pemasaran dan promosi yakni penyebarab brosur, akses internet, spanduk maupun komunikasi secara langsung.
